We had to get our fishing fix in and the only way in this weather was to head north to Wisconsin for some ice fishing. Fishing was slow, but the camaraderie was great and the beer was cold!

Atlantic Salmon are trying to make a comeback in Lake Ontario. This has to be welcome news to charter boats and captains that have been struggling since the King Salmon fishery collapsed a few years ago. 

We are blessed with the vast amount of fresh water we have in our own backyard. Think twice before dumping those expired medications down the drain!
